The Administrative and Accounting Assistant provides support across the organization, to individual Team members or to the entire CRO Team at all levels, with the potential to positively impact Meditrial's image and effectively provide support to the Management.
Responsabilities
Management of team calendar, email and action plan
Drafting Budget Proposals
Budget and Invoice Management
Contract Management
Management of monthly invoicing activities
Maintaining relationships with suppliers
Providing support to the Board for resources management
Providing support in organizing and coordinating internal and external strategic meetings and events
Qualification
Education: Bachelor’s degree, Master is a plus;
Languages: proficiency in oral and written english (third language is a plus);
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Ms Power Point);
Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills;
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
